This is the operating-system page: the sensing, modeling, prediction, coordination, logistics, and real-time management layer for health — from the smallest biological signal inside a cell to the largest environmental and planetary conditions affecting human life. It asks: How do we sense health? Monitor it? Predict problems? Coordinate care? Deliver interventions? Operate health infrastructure in real time?

The first repairs and improves biology itself. The second coordinates health across scales and in real time so that what the first develops actually reaches people, earlier and more intelligently. Together they replace “a medical appointment after something goes wrong” with a continuous system that protects life.

Why this framing

Real cautions apply: promising tools aren’t always ready (a large NHS trial of the Galleri multi-cancer blood test did not meet its main endpoint), regenerative medicine must be protected from hype and fraud, and advanced care must not stay locked behind wealth.
