The Evidence Vault
What this is. A single, authoritative catalog of every organization, agency, program, and research effort whose publicly documented work shows that the Free Safe Healthy direction is real and already underway. Each participant is profiled once here and referenced from every sector page it touches — so the evidence stays consistent, accurate, and maintainable.
The rule we never break. Everyone listed here is building their piece independently. They are cited as evidence the capability exists — not as partners, sponsors, or endorsers of Michael Floyd or this campaign, and no affiliation is implied. The Free Safe Healthy mission is to integrate publicly documented capabilities into one lawful, rights-protected, public-benefit system.
Each entry carries a status tag so readers always know what’s proven vs. emerging: OPERATING (deployed at scale) · SCALING (real, growing) · PROGRAM (funded public initiative) · RESEARCH (active study) · POLICY (law/standard in motion).
