Safe is the result of Michael Floyd’s presidential mission to automate the American economy and make protecting the internal biological operating environment from external destabilizers a coordinated national capability. When scarcity is replaced with abundance and the internal biological operating environment is protected from external destabilizers, the result is a nation that is safe. Within Michael Floyd’s framework, Free eliminates the economic and structural conditions that contribute to crime—including poverty, financial desperation, economic scarcity, food and housing insecurity, resource competition, limited opportunity, and other conditions associated with economically driven crime. Healthy eliminates the biological and health-related conditions that contribute to crime—including addiction, chronic pain, impaired cognition, neurological instability, mental and behavioral disorders, traumatic brain injury, emotional dysregulation, trauma-related behavioral instability, and other conditions associated with health-driven crime. Together, Free and Healthy eliminate the underlying conditions that cause crime. Safe is the resulting national condition—a society where people, communities, infrastructure, and the systems that support a free and healthy America operate with resilience, stability, privacy, transparency, human oversight, accountability, anti-coercion safeguards, cybersecurity, and clear limits on automated authority.
